I am Mz. Crankypants today. I am super slammed with work and school; not to mention that I have been sick as hell for three days. Today is actually the first day since Wednesday when I was able to be upright w/out feeling like I was going to die. On Thanksgiving Day morning I had a fever of 103 and was severely dehydrated (damn you, red wine!) I passed out in the shower. Twice. It was LOVELY. So I spent all day bundled up in bed trying to convince people I didn’t need to go to the hospital. It was a lovely way to spend the holiday, let me tell you.
Not to mention that I acted like a total fucktard to Guy #3 on Wednesday night. Guess that’s been relegated quickly to the “we’re just friends” category. Ah well, never date people in your social circle or who are 100% wrong for you, that’s what I say.

Yeah, I’m slightly bitter today. This is b/c on the way to go have coffee w/Guy #3 (at which time I got the “I don’t know that it’s a good idea we get too involved given that we have all the same friends” talk… FUN) I ran into my ex w/his new girlfriend. *makes unhappy face*
2007 has not been a good romance year for me. I quit, I give up… for realzie.
Anyhow. Today I’m telecommuting and being the voice of reason on that website I work for; and, in about thirty minutes I’m going to head to Zeitgeist w/my roommate to have some beers and try to forget the craptacular couple of days I’ve had… and, celebrate our friend’s b-day. Cheerful face!
